Meet Erika Tilley Johnson

Erika made her first career in the technology industry. From running her own technology firms to working for a major entertainment company, Erika felt fulfilled as she grew into a leader in her organization. She enjoyed providing her clients and business partners solutions that fit their needs. In her spare time, Erika has lent her time to serving in healing and grief ministries.

In 2019, she assumed the role in her parish as the Sr. Warden and shortly-thereafter became the Presiding Officer, when their former priest answered the call to another parish. Erika was happy to provide her expertise in organizational leadership to ensure the church continued to operate through COVID and hiring a new rector. She was able to  provide leadership transformation coaching and process improvements prior to stepping down in early 2024.

In 2023, Erika was led to finish her first book on her journey as a young widow with children. She has since launched that book, began public speaking again, and delivering fruitful and insightful workshops and retreats.
